That is the trait that each person should have and the entrepreneur especially. And it's quite clear why it happens so. Entrepreneurship implies constant partnership with lots of people having different characters. Some are extremely impolite while the others are too calm what can also irritate somewhat. A successful entrepreneur is not only a wealthy person; he is a respected person whose point of view is always considered by the others.
Patience.
Starting a business is a very hard task to perform. Worked out measures and money invested are not enough to make the business lucrative and thriving one. Time is the only aspect which can say whether it will succeed or not. A successful entrepreneur is able to wait and have faith that what he is doing is far from being ineffective. He dreams that his business will make him famous and knows that the only thing he has to do in this case is to wait a little.

As it has been already said above, entrepreneurship involves every day communication with several people. Being able to gain clients' support is a real art and the businessman who can do it is sure to be successful. Eloquence was studied even in the past for attracting the attention of the crowd and making people believe in what the speaker was saying. Times have changed, but the benefits and function of the eloquence has not at all and will never change.
